Song to the Spheres

Oh beautiful, beautiful soul,

what song will you sing for me today?

I am but a vessel waiting for replenishment,

I am but a melody waiting for expression.

Oh beautiful, beautiful soul,

how long will you abide in this weary body?

What animates you and gives you life?

I know that I am but a humble reflection

of your amazing glory.

Let me hear a moment of your celestial choir--

how I yearn to be set free!

Allow me to fly just a bit closer to your warmth,

allow me to soar in the skies a bit higher,

allow me to be awash in your presence,

oh beautiful, beautiful soul.
