Sweet Poison

The taste of poison is so sweet and divine When our bodies intertwine, Its obvious he knows all the right places; as traces his lips with mine My heart it races and I get those warm tingling sensations, similar to vibrations They begin to overwhelm my body;increasing temptations Clenching the sheets with my fists Boy, you make it so hard to resist Oh my I have devilish side, Giving him the green light, Mm here it goes For I let him take control So I'm biting my lips and squeezing my toes Its in that moment my frustrations are gone Though I tell myself when its over, this cant go on Replaying the scenarios over in my head, along with every word my friends ever said: 'Girl, you aint the only one he keeps in his bed' Feel like I'm losing my grip, falling under his spell; but I refuse to slip, I'll be damned if I fell Yet glad I'm smart enough to see.. that you and me? Yeah it'll never be And he'll never change his way Now before I leave i would like say: I'm just another pretty face that got caught up in a players chase Feeling kinda foolish cause all along I really knew this So when all is said and done I wouldn't call my time a waste, id call it a sweet poisonous taste.
