fly with me

You to me are indescribable, Unreadable, An unresolved mystery, A book without text, A song without its melody. You are debris in the wind Your path forever undefined, Easily distracted. You flutter, float and flourish, You fly infinitely and beyond. Yet I ask you, beg you, Plead you to stop However pausing mid lyric, Interrupting a poet mid-verse Is an impossible task, I know. But I tell you to stop, And instead flutter, float, flourish with me. Solitude is only ever temporary There’s room for two And together we are unstoppable.
