My mountain

My mountain, my giant a feeling so small, living on this mountain where the mist is always there birds can play without care because of the silence My trust is in the valley with you now it's been raining far too long Every morning I watch the slippery road holding new flowers of the day only when I'm down here my days begins The sun is long gone I climb the stairs of rock and I know as I reach the top the valley is in ashes and the rain has stopped I am never going down again
