If I ever wrote of you dear friend-

If I ever wrote of you dear friend Would it be of the outside? Would I write of a smile of ten thousand shining stars without the fear of missing the star that changed the sky? If I ever wrote of you dear friend would it be of the inside? would I write of your soul desperate to capture the essence and rhythm describing a painting that eyes can’t see. If I ever wrote of you dear friend would it be of our friendship? the perpetual binding of  souls paired lights shimmering softly dancing through rain filled puddles just before daybreak If I ever wrote of you dear friend would I ever write this to you? my words whispered into the wind I write this only of you my dear friend as I plant you deep in my heart in the secret place where flowers bloom.
