Stomach bug

Yeah,
It's really weird
They just discovered it
See, 
It actually spreads 
Through your mind

It's simple,
You feel fat
And lazy
And stupid
All the time

And it makes you sick,
And then you don't eat

I never eat, but I'm not skinny. So no one thinks I'm anorexic.

Been there. You just can't eat. Drink lots of water and wait for the appetite to return because it will eventually. You could also buy some candy, smoke a bowl, and let the munchies take over but only do that if you're of legal age in a state where they allow drugs that help people who are too depressed to eat.
