By The Wind

Once upon my last goodbye,

To you I give what's left inside,

Tales of pain and songs of love,

Things I never overcome,

Hear them well and don't you cry,

I gift you wisdom sweet child of mine,

In this sorrow all may seem lost,

Life is cruel it's not your fault,

Listen for the gentle wind,

With it your heart shall mend,

And guide you towards fairer weather,

Upon that breeze I'll go wherever,

I love you so it shall get better.
