Broken Glass

by christian-ek

I've given people various pieces of me. I have come to them in different shapes and forms. Offering help that could wipe away their pain, but when you give yourself genuinely without wanting anything back, you are drained. And you will fall, fall into a whirlpool of uncontrollable emotion. You swallowed their bitter secrets and now you feel hollow like an empty glass on the verge of collapse. -C.Ek
