"Upon The River"

by @daniel-jay-mc-shane

Upon the river no one knows      the beauty of my quiet place           where no one ever goes... A piece of Heaven      upon still waters            where the sun sets faithfully                 warming the soft currents                      where a piece of nature thrives.... The soft whisper's of the subtle frogs      that skip across the shore           and ageless logs.... The countless stars that reflect off the face      of my eternal friend           at a steady pace.... Upon the river no one knows      the beauty of of my quiet moments           where nature flows.... Where I heard God's whisper      an angel's sigh..... Where I saw Heaven for a moment      and began to cry....
