Vampire Dreams

Vampire Dreams A handsome man Of British descent Sits quietly in a chair She already knows his intent. He has been here Many times before He raises his eyebrow She falls to the floor. Her body shivers Waiting for the kiss That will bring her to A blood lost bliss Into the next life And even beyond This morning's sunrise Was her very last dawn. He plunged his teeth In the soft skin of her neck He drank all of her blood On her cheek, he placed a peck. He fed her his blood In droplets falling on her tongue From this point on She would always be young. Happy and beautiful She awoke with a smile Then left the small house And walked many miles. Leaving her old life And starting again Her life with this vampire Her lover and friend.
