Gravity of a Speck

by SashaRHollow

Warmth... the heat of your breath upon my neck, Touching, exploring, wondering what comes next. Your stare is expansive—I long to get lost, Even my bones understand the cost. I am a seed in this universe, merely a speck. The hush between heartbeats is thin as a veil, Yet somehow your presence tips every scale. My pulse forgets its careful design Drawn into a current, breaths abruptly resign, Like a ship giving way to a fathomless trail.
