Dead leaves, pretty leaves

Branches stretching out reaching into the sky, beside a carpet of dead leaves stands a crooked trunk like arms seeking forgiveness bending over to the ground, not even a dead crow dares to perch atop this soulless husk flowers surround the view unmindful and innocent, a painters palette, a bed of sweet scented allure it defies nature for this beauty, this magnificence- to exist blissfully alongside all these colourful hues
