Optical Illusion

Gazing into your eyes-- I felt the sacredness of timeless truth I saw nebulae birthing untold starlit smiles Alongside quintessential gardens Suffused with birds of paradise taking flight Adorned with vermillion-hued wings Evoking love's celestial light... I glimpsed snow-capped mountains Embracing skies of Himalayan blue-- In the flow state, rainfall to rivulets merged with the rivers I am the ocean with an open heart, all this your soul mirrors... I fell into your eyes and discovered They were not separate from mine ~ All souls waltz ~ Although many have forgotten the one song The road to nowhere is no distance 'Tis the shadow mind that makes it long... That first encounter is a mistaken perception It's a thought believed in How can you meet another when there is only One But whilst the finite dream continues So does the confusion ~ As Einstein wisely uttered ~ Our separation from each other is an optical Illusion' ...
