A thought

Proud and tall, from the earth you came, And it from you, or so it goes, The speeding streams and agile winds Were there to spread your fame: "Worry not, they're not our foes, They're here for us, or so it goes." You gave a fertile look to all there is, You thought it all belonged to you, For all is made from the eye that sees, But there may be others watching, too.
