Hello

I’ll forget you now To remember you later Getting close today could mean Us never talking tomorrow. The more we share, I fear, Is what’s tearing us in half. Some thoughts can never be unshared, Some dreams can never be undreamt, But if I could go back I would slow everything down, Take every moment, and live it. Live every smile, Every laugh, Every hug, Every hello, And every goodbye. So that now, I can say hello to you Instead of goodbye.
