The Sun And The Sunflower

I was shining bright Your face staring at me Even when I moved You always kept up with me But at night When I was gone You looked down Either missing me too much Or mesmerizing the moments spent together With flickering moonlight Warm Yellow rays, cherishing your petals Once again, filling you with a smile Looking at  your day star I am your sun You're my sunflower
