Clairvoyance
Orion Hernandez Dec 2012
Ive watched you weap
Bemoan in subtlety, without reason
Attempt to give light on an obsidian subject

Ive seen you bicker and cross swords
A struggle felt for miles
Have our confrontations meant nothing to you
Does venom foreshadow death

Ive seen you pass away
Day by day, its all the same

But am I the mad one?
Questioned by clans
When all I see is taunt discourse as if we're docking on long suppressed dreams

If it had been somewhere else, we'd hide a fixed eye to the occasion

Load the cartridge
Pull the trigger
Ignite cannons
**** the innocence
Have we lost our minds

Bow to the Undermined
Orion Hernandez Dec 2012
Who holds our sanctum
Beat the way down
Pause your doctrines, none which have been spoken crawl here

Trace all wailing seirens, only to be caved in by the intensity you create
Theres flaws in our shame
Would you claim otherwise

This bind that we've adapted to
Its not the what our fathers intended
We settle for ****
This is more than an altercation

The battered down flames that refuse to ember!
Grinding gears of a cold machine, where the only glimpse of true wealth is masked in emerald greed
Orion Hernandez Dec 2012
The constant fear of pleasant shame
Delay the love for pleasing them and find the love for ear's affection

Play on... Create something for yourself
This isn't for them
Play on... Ideas are a thinkers weapon
Use them till the end

Better yourself, though your thouhts
And never through ones request
Something to prove to yourself
Through this it is not the answer

If you've ever had a thought
Express through mind and maybe you'll find another

What we used to do as a tradition
Is now lost as a condition
When we used to listen
We now only hear
This is a message
This is a an old song I wrote a while back.

Panorama
Orion Hernandez May 2014
Laying my ear upon a noise, so distant.
Constantly shaking the walls that stand in the way of progress. All keystones withheld from view, looking over the fact my shirt’s distorting my panorama.

But at last, with some aid, I’ve come across an ear’s aid. Laying this sense upon a noise, at first so distant. The walls now speaking the word that is “progress.”
The walls are a' crackin'!

Gide us
Orion Hernandez Dec 2012
Sons of perdition speak to me
Carefully weaving, so you dont seem extraneous

Are you awake now?
This feared god burns our bridges
It leaves us dismal

Oh so we skip a few lines
Oh so we dont even mind
Whats the point

Yes we're not the only one
And yes we deem it so
Whats the point

Distant creeds
Speak to me
This was more of a song I wrote than a poem, but what the hey!

Through Owls Eyes
Orion Hernandez Feb 2014
Why falter for love?
To laugh?
To Create?
Is it natural or something more?
(As if something could be more than natural)

Supernatural?
Constructive logic?
Why falter for love?

Perhaps the risk involved is the long sheltered need for an emotional challenge. One that exceeds childhood's.

The warm cushion of love seats those who brave the unknown.
Those who see through the eyes of an owl.
Breaking the barriers of you, that you once though absent.

Absent eyes for soul's doubt.
Till the day we figure it out.
We question...
Why falter for love?
Are you a WARRIOR of LOVE?

Wanted Omens
Orion Hernandez Dec 2012
We hath to things
Things more of the distracting sort

Walking along the beach, a shadowed man stares, while the dark music played viciously
Likely to see vacant smiles

Heard the rush start up the knife

Greedy fingers cupping the leather case holding his curse
That glisten in the soft moonlight

His thoughts say "the only way out is to fly" as he drives himself to
the edge

And yet, it was this thing that made him a man

Turpitude
Orion Hernandez Dec 2012
Cast upon cruel two headed snakes
A treason in its own right
Crucified what was last seen as peacefully content
The way that leads least leads best
Spiteful reasoning. So fused with control of ones lost will

Trek on the roads over oblivion that we embrace
Labored over paintings drips down like lighting
Calm as we are, tamed, timid and conditioned to follow
How was I so confined, so tethered to what I was given not earned such as knowledge

Gather all that is matter, all that is consciousness and breathe
Take in evolving oneness within yourself, to truly fly
Floating along with love as your raft.
Orion Hernandez Dec 2012
Making things better than they seem
Made chipper and gold
The color doesn't suit you to well
But your eyes and skin do and they tell all

In your dreams the world is perfect
In mine so blackened and shady
You pull this off so well
For me it's difficult to even come to the fact that I'm still living
without missing pieces

The come down is the worst part of taking these imaginary drugs called
lies
When you realize this world is not so
When you breakdown the image
When you look behind the wall
It'll just be another ****** day in paradise

Creating Distance
Orion Hernandez Dec 2012
Drenched fabled tales
Consuming this fall of ideals
A lonesome morbid sea I have yet to set sail
These unexploited comprehensions

Leeching parasites that simply rely on our fears
The worry on faceless projections

There's so much more for the world to know
The hidden truths of this demesion and the unknowns the next

Forgive me for I Have Lied
Orion Hernandez Dec 2012
Forgive me for I have lied
I've told you And told that I'm alright
I'm alright my love... my friend

Bleeding from my eyes as I speak
Bleeding from my eyes as I speak

I love you so why should I lie to you
Acting though...

Bleeding from my eyes as I weep
Bleeding from my eyes as I weep

Sense I've met you I'll never be the same
I never want to be the same
You've changed me for the better
Forever.. And I say

Forgive me for I have lied

Bleeding from my eyes as I cry
Bleeding from my eyes as I cry
Orion Hernandez Dec 2012
Am I loosing my footing
Restrained from keeping blance
But always seemed to see upright

While we watch it all burn, all fall apart
The world succumbs to waste
As we sit in decency, waiting for someone or something to move us out of the slump

Granted, we are the spoiled fruit
Let common sense slip through our darkened hands and follow your leader to the grave

We'll wash away in this
If this is all we can give we will
And you'll hear one less word from me.
This was more of a song I wrote than a poem, but what the hey!

Fortunes Bleeding
Orion Hernandez Dec 2012
Bleeding hopes sapping out
What leads is what will destroy the already lost souls
But whats the fight without true meaning
Tell me the true meaning

Empty crosswalks seem pleasant at night
For no one there to harm
Look closely to the shadows
They'll be waiting, just like they'll always be
Like its always been

Frowning upon the empire said to clear all of our worries, all of our dues. Execpt they just mask pain and feed us blame.
Cant you just connect the facts, claim these cries as ours, none of it fortune but all chewed and what was done

When Birds Fly
Orion Hernandez Sep 2013
Please advise me how to live, that's just what I want.
To live in fear that clutches my heart.
Try to wither me, from what is real and what we forgot.
We lost our will to fly.

Difficult to sleep these days, so much weight to shoulder.
Still manage to live.
Though content, this can't be my purpose through life, my energy is pointing to the way of the wind.

So I cry when I watch birds fly.
These are actually lyrics for a song I made.

Blind-Self
Orion Hernandez Feb 2014
I'm dripping away, so cradle me to my haven.
Drowning this scene with rock hard doubt and regret.

Subtly breaking.
Constantly shaking.
Bleeding through mirrors, that float alongside me.

Blue so dim, mind walking aimlessly to the cold, cold beat of your heart.
Tracking every moment, so thinking is out of the question.

A step today, lost tomorrow
Consider the rain
Remember to borrow

Progress fixated as reversal, correlated actions.
Sleep along-side your will, as it stares with brightly colored irises.

An idle face of direction.
No hope
No faith... within himself....

This is no longer the case.
Keep your chin up!
Orion Hernandez Dec 2012
Is this what we stand for
Or is this all we can get? Is this all we understand?

When lost, we look for the only answers we can find
When in fact things are just naturally unknown
Why can't we just let some things be

Unable to live without it
We tear ourselves apart in search
Why is this so
For this you look inside

You're broken in shreds, but it's okay, I heal all but myself

The nights last so long, and you can't help but sing in sorrow
The days come so quick, but screaming won't prove a thing

Shared Events
Orion Hernandez Feb 2014
To know what I mean, you must perceive life through my eyes.

The event that shed light on my thoughts and wisdom, just might have pulled a shroud over your happiness.
And that mountain you've overcome, has stopped me in my tracks.

Then frustration occurs, and now thoughts are gathered.
Sifting through memories to aid my understanding.
Yet I've come to realize my overall experience is not shared.
You are not my trials and I not yours.

So the way I see it, is like this:
We are what we feel.
We are what we know.
What we think is what we are.
We believe what we see.
We believe what we do.
How we perceive makes up what we believe.

A shared event gives us a closer view on what one another feels.

Words can never express, more or less.
Vibes are felt till the day we die.
But I am not dead.

And with this knowledge peers a window.
One window that connects us all.
And through it we can gaze upon the beauty of one mind, one consciousness and one shared event.
