If you see the world in black and white
How can you see the fire in a sun set?
How the sky is transforms into a blaze of orange and pink
How the horizon is painted with rubies, glittering everything in existence
Before it burns out and you are left in blackness
What’s the point of sight if you can’t really experience a sun set

If you see the world in black and white
How can you see the beauty of the first snow fall?
How everything is covered in a soft blanket of pure white
How the green from the trees shine through the patches of white
The world around you hushed, quiet and peaceful
What’s the point of sight if you can’t really experience the first snow fall

If you see the world in black and white
How can you see the dreams on the faces of people around you?
How their eyes are filled of stars stretching to the heaven
How their minds are filled with ideas waiting to be fulfilled
The ambition radiating off them as they walk into a room
There is no point if you can’t really see the people around you
