He felt solace in the soft hand that pressed against his. The passion and glimpse of reason that resonated in chaotic eyes.
He found it hard to believe it was all lies.

The lightning lit up the sky once more showing the grotesque trees. Misshapen  and wicked they seemed to mock his hollowness.
He found it hard to believe he wasn’t alone.

From the light and edge of the forest the smile greeted him but yet his steps slowed until they little more then stood in the dirt.
He found it hard to believe these new words.

He stepped back feeling just as fearful heading towards chaos as he did towards love but something was hollow in its words.
He found it hard to believe he would return.

He found himself in the darkness and walked towards the light with it only to find it had remained, like the details of a dream.
He found it too hard to leave himself behind

Has it tip toed into your life yet?
A little dream that was me?
Did it kiss you on the forehead?
And push you out to sea?
Just a dream, a second,
Dream at a glance,
I don’t want to be forgotten
And lost in the choppy sea.

Have you breathed your soft whisper?
The ear it fell upon was me,
It kissed my cheek ever softly,
Before I foolishly set it free,
But I hold it for a second,
I caught at least a glance,
I wont let you be forgotten
As dreams upon a stormy sea.

The escapism formed on her lips as self-destruction,
And oh the bliss she revelled in it,
Her world crashed and her world burnt,
And oh the smoke she revelled in it.

Two faced,
Single minded,
Gemini.

The purpose was her hips and that indiscretion,
And her kiss oh she revelled in it,
Her world crashed down whilst her suitors learnt,
That injustice oh she revelled in it.

Two minded,
Sweet faced,
Gemini

Have you ever listened to a song so often the chords and words lose all meaning?
This poem is like that song.
I wrote from the morning and through the dark empty night into evening,
This lie is like that song.

I scrape it up into a retched ball and angrily throw it out of sight and away,
This peace is like that song.
I write again anew afresh from the depth of a cinder I sparked yesterday,
But its still like that ******* song.
