World's end
N P Jan 2012
This world is so shallow and evil
covered with filth and regret,
wars and corporate greed.
You mock everything that is good,
You **** kindness with your self-absorbed hatred,
You bring down the walls that protect you,
You pollute the ground and poison the sea,
Your toxic fumes ruin the atmosphere.

You think you are great, so wise and good, better than the rest
But you are blind.
You cannot see the reality, You are like the rest.
You are all the same, spiteful, fearful, ignorant, empty

But the end is near
               only a while longer

We will burn in the great fires,
We will drown in the tears of the innocent

Look up and pray
              for you have sinned
                                  and the reaper is coming.

Ship
N P Jan 2012
Alone
                                                 Lost
                                                                                              Forgotten

                                        No heading, no wind

                                                                            Like a ship set adrift.

As green as an ocean, the warming gaze
will spark a devotion, hear the praise and.....remember.

Spider's web
N P Dec 2011
I've caught you in my web
But I have to let go
Wish you wouldn't have said no
Every time I try to cut a string
It hurts as if I'm breaking a limb

No More
N P Nov 2011
In a world of gray,
                                                                     You are my color;
In this darkness,
                                                                      You are my light.

Rays of Light
N P Nov 2011
Rays of light breach my walls, I can feel the warmth,
Can this really be? Have I found you? Are you the one?
The one to end it all, the one to bring me far,
Ending this loneliness, suffering, sorrow,
You will make my tomorrow.
