Today, I stand here alone on the shore,
which has endured many a storm and cyclone,
nearly uprooting my confidence, my hope, and my passion again and again,
shattering my tranquility, quelling my courage, wreaking havoc within.

Years passed, and with each storm’s fierce blow,
I found new strength, deeper than I’d known.
The more the tempests lashed, the stronger I became,

I'm the meanest and I mean it,

I stopped taking unwanted **** and started giving it back
I am an arrogant

I started keeping out of toxic people and relations
I am an Egotist

I started expressing myself critically
I am an attitudist

I stopped making others happy at the stake of my Happiness
I am a narcissist

I started living for myself
I am a Selfish

I started believing in my ethics and Principles
I am a conservative

I am the meanest and I mean it, now you decide you still want me or ....

We often spend our days
judging those by the acts, events and experiences
good or bad of the past
tagging them as good olden days

We travel in different paths
for some it is rocky
for some it is thorny
for some it is rosy, no matter how it is
not realizing that the ultimate destination
is only one for all of us

At the end of the day it is game of snakes and ladders
one cannot climb with out a fall  to reach the end,

We fear failures, rather accepting them as just results
they were not really tragedy's , but they were only lessons
there were no problems, indeed they were opportunities

Why not detach ourselves from the outcomes
Live a Life to the fullest as it comes

I'm a middle aged man with a menopause d mind,
striving hard to make the ends meet,
struggling to set myself straight,
against the raising concerns from
my boss for not thinking out of box,
dearest wife, that I no longer love her the way it was,
my junior that I don't spare him time for a online game,
One or other almost everyone around had a concern or a claim,

On a thoughtful evening browsing some motivational videos on net,
I discover my mantra "Sweetheart Relax" from a famous Art of living guru,

Determined to surprise all, I keep it  a secret,

In no time, I adopted it and started using it here and there, left and right,
Struck in traffic badly and there is no cop to clear it for a long ! "Sweetheart Relax",
The Driver behind you honks too loud, despite the fact that it is a long traffic jam! Sweet heart Relax!
On site team calls for a talk late in the evening for which you to skip your dinner date with wife,Sweetheart Relax!

The newly wed tenant couple fights it out all the night and it did not let you catch some sleep, Sweetheart Relax!

It started working good, even in dreams I started murmuring "Sweetheart Relax"

week went on, finally weekend has arrived!

In the middle of night on Sunday!

My wife wakes me up with kids in front,
takes my hand and placing on my little angles head says,

Swear by the Kid! that you would tell us the truth
how long is this going on?
who is this Sweetheart? why should she relax?

Guess what ?

I said "Sweetheart Relax"!

Who will cry when you die?
ever thought about it?
Point to Ponder,
Wonder, how does it really matter,
when we are no more other day

When you realize that being happy is not that vital,
than making a few happy before you die
for those who really love you for ever,
you would be a memory to treasure.

Though physically not there for ever,
you rest in peace in their hearts, still being felt, still being loved
