Dear reader
Milos Loncar Oct 2020
how do you feel while
you're reading these lines?

what do you think about the words I use
and the obvious way they rhyme?

do you feel a particular feeling,
while reading these letters?

or just want to be a critic
and have ways to make them better?

you see, for me
I just describe my feeling

for me, every poem
has a meaning

and just for a brief moment as you finish your read
I want you to feel the exact same feeling as me

Stuff
Milos Loncar Oct 2020
stuff to buy
stuff to sell
stuff to have
and take to hell

the urge to have
so much stuff
own it all
it's not enough

why should I
be a guy
that lets all this stuff
define

what he is and what he's not
what he can't and what he must
who to be and who to trust
in the end, I just feel lost

but look, here's the thing
the relief that new stuff brings
I can now clearly see
if there's more stuff you need

The best option is to buy from me.

Sleepless
Milos Loncar Mar 2020
Deep sleep.
The things that you do every night.

Breathe deep.
Unconscious until the morning light.

Thoughts creep.
Thinking about what is right.

Things meet.
While the sun and the dark fight.

You keep staring at the ceiling with no sleep.

Morning
Milos Loncar Mar 2010
The morning is dry,
though is high on expectations.

The morning is light,
no sign of nights relations.

The morning lets you see,
if anything is fake.

The morning will disappear,
and fade in to the day.
My 1st poem for hellopoetry.  English is not my mother language so point out my grammar mistakes please. Greets and love from Serbia.
