The First But Lat Tear Drop
Mikki Bloom Jun 2014
As I'm sitting in my rocking chair, listening to the fireworks go off one by*  one, I think to myself
I should give up and let go
I'm clenching onto my heart necklace that was once given to me by
someone I Love.
As I begun to close my eyes I hear one last 'BANG' in the distance,
it begins to drift slowly away as my heart necklace falls onto the ground
and shatters into pieces

*I smile as one last tear drop falls
Please tell me if what I made is good please thanks ^-^

My November Guest
Mikki Bloom Jun 2014
My sorrow, when she's here with me,
Thinks these dark days of autumn rain
Are beautiful as days can be;
She loves the bare, the withered tree;
She walks the sodden pasture lane.
Her pleasure will not let you stay.
She talks and I am fain to list:
She's glad the birds are gone away,
She's glad her simple worsted grey
Is silver now with clinging mist.
The desolate, deserted trees,
The faded earth, the heavy sky,
The beauties she so truly sees,
She thinks I have no eye for these,
And vexes me for reason why.
Not yesterday I learned to know
The love of bare November days
Before the coming of the snow,
But it were vain to tell her so,
*And they are better for her praise.

Love Me
Mikki Bloom Jun 2014
All I wish for is you, that's all I've ever wished for, so please oh god please just tell me, when will he come and take my hand and never let go?
When will all my sorrow and pain vanish into thin air and never come back to haunt me again?
When will all my tears be swept away?
When will you come and sweep me off my feet?
When will you do all these things for me?
But most of all
When will you just come to Love Me?

Part 2- I Love You
Mikki Bloom Jun 2014
Do you love me
he always would say,
I never answered back until one day
I say meet me under the old oak tree
and ran away,
he looked at me like 1,2,3.
As I saw him waiting under
the old oak tree
I ran up to him and hugged him tightly
but all he heard in his ear was
I Love You Too

What is to be
Mikki Bloom Jun 2014
You look you see
What shall it be a reflection of....what is to be
All though you may think you know,
what is to be, is yet to be discovered,
one step at a time, to find my way,
walking the line sometimes sway,
I just remember to look ahead, strait and narrow is my stead.

My way is unclear from time to time,
but I focus on the lord and know his mine,
time will tell and mark my way
no matter what I encounter
it will be okay....

Part 1- I Love You
Mikki Bloom Jun 2014
As he ran up to me
holding beautiful white flowers
he stopped and told me*
I'm as beautiful as the flowers,
my smile is as bright as the rainbow.
Then he held my hand and
put the flowers in my hair
and told me once more,
*I Love You

Humans are like*  Roses
We all have our  Thorns
And we all have our  Petals
Some have Sharp  *thorns
Some have more  Beautiful
Petals then  Others,  but
in the  End  we're all just
Simply Roses  that are
to  **Wilt
When I found this, I just really liked it so I wanted to share it.

My Escape
Mikki Bloom Jun 2014
Poetry isn't just words, Poetry has meanings behind every word, poetry is emotions, its your escape to everything.

When you hear the word Poetry, what do you do, what do you think?

When I hear the word Poetry, I always try to understand what its trying to say, I let every word reach out to me. I close my eyes and relax while listening to every word, every meaning, every emotion, but most of all I connect with it and let it take me away to all kinds of places.

Poetry is my Escape
Sorry its not really a poem but just remember that Poetry is not just a bunch of words put together to make a sentence or a rhyme but Poetry is peoples emotions, every word has a meaning behind it and all you got to do is close your eyes and understand it, understand, discover what the meaning to the poem is, try to relate, understand the persons emotions or surroundings but if you really want to connect with it just sit down relax your body and close our eyes.
P.S. My favorite thing to do while reading Poetry is sitting in my chair or rocking chair with a cup of tea and some biscuits beside me, its the best thing maybe try that next time you go to read Poetry ^-^
