Misunderstood
Miss out of place
Miss force a smile upon
Her face

Miss feels alone
Miss way too shy
Miss never wants
To say goodbye

Miss always there to
Hear you cry
Miss never lets anyone
Close to her side

Miss never heard
Miss never seen
Miss she's just one more
Stupid teen

Miss hates to cry
Miss hides her scars
Miss wish upon a
shooting star

Miss writing this
to tell you how
She's feeing
in the here and now

Miss this is me
Its who I am
Its all i'm ever
going to be

Miss take or leave it
Its how I am
I'm not changing for anyone
I don't give a ****.

Paint brush

Bright eyed girl
She loves to paint
She smiles at the world
Seems free from hate

The paint is a comfort
The brush is her friend
Its the only thing she knows
Will be there until the end

As she paints her feelings
It all pours out
Its her way of living
All the colors shout

Streaks of paint run down her arms
She thinks that it can do no harm
Hiding behind the papers white gleam
Together they make a deadly team

For here's the secret
She'll always hide
Forever etched
into her mind:

She may be an artist
But this story has a twist
Her paintbrush is a razor
Her canvas is her wrist.

Regrets

Day by day
she seems happy and strong
see her by night
you'll relize youre wrong

Strong on outside
But weak within
Trying to look happy
With her small weak grin

She's goes in her room
And locks the door
She sinks down upon
Her bedroom floor

There she weeps
Trying to resist
Though streams of tears
Clenching scarred up wrists

She cant take the pressure

and so she goes

To relese bottled up pressure,

in the only way she knows

She cuts herself
But never too deep
Not enough to die
Just releasing the scream

Now looking down

she sees the blood

Feeling sick to know

whats done is done

She hates herself now
The way she feels
Now waiting for
her cuts to heal

She's hurting so bad inside
But nobody can see
No ones realized
She is me.

The End

No one sees the tears she cries
The agony she feels inside
She falls to her knees every night
Praying for a better life

Her moms abusive
fathers gone
She's been feeling hurt
For far too long

She's teased and hurt
All the time
They don't know how much
She's cried

She needs a friend
But no one cares
Nobody can see
She's truly scared

She's giving up
And here she falls
Begging god
To end it all

With no where to turn
And no place to go
She makes a decision
All will know

She takes a knife
And with a silent cry
Decides to end
her little life

As her end draws near
The colors shout
Black takes over
Then it all fades out.

Now she's gone
And they finally see
How precious life
Can truly be

They'll never forget
The beautiful girl
Who silently chose
To leave our world

They realized too late
How amazing she was
Now she uses her wings
To fly around up above
