Mahima Gupta Dec 2013
I stood behind the
Ruptured pyramids.

It lied in the claustrophobic passage.
Tangled in mayhem.
Drenched with fear.
Slowly faded away.
Curious destruction,
Slow suffocation.

And I constantly thought
I was winning.

I won everyday.
It hit me deep in my head ,

when I got to know.

I had been living a lie.
It’s not my fault.

It is,

Stalemate.

Half awake

She was regretting.

This is a fake world,
that was a better place.

Ironically.
