Draw the curtain for the curtain people
Let the sunshine in
We'll pass by and share the time
And then it'll never be again
Collect the rain for the thirsty people
Try to share the drain
I relate because those I know
Are also drowning in the rain
Be in a photo with familiar people
Those you deeply know
End of day like curtain people
They also have to go
Religions for cheaters
Never have to commit
But always an official out
With ways to apologize about it
Religion's for charlatans
The ones that come to the door
They offer divine wisdom
Received a script and nothing more
Religion's are for cowards
That won't witness the truth
There is no time taking back
Certainly no eternal youth
Religion makes me angry
That's all I want to say
Because if people weren't so fixated
On another day
And it's been noted over and over
And still so ignored
We truly only get this once
So what are you doing it for?
