You see, I cried too many a night
In a room with a tiny tiny light.
Holding that light in my palms
fueled by flickers of your charms.

The dim tried to warn me
but me, I pushed aside all wary.
I dreamed of life in the sun
with you, because you were the one.

But you kept me in the dark,
because the dark couldn’t tell me.
I asked you about the sun,
but you wouldn’t run with me.

I didn’t care-I wanted the sun.
Your tiny light burned less and less,
the dying embers of your charms
I brought up courage to address.

Light left and
dark made a home.
But, I found that when I ran from the dark,
I encountered the sun, all on my own.

you're looking at me now
you're kissing my head
you hold my leg steady
but the heart you gave is dead.

quick, i'm falling down
you close in on me now
touched me there and held my hair
but to me you no longer vow.

i feel your face
and stare into your eyes
i pray that i live cherished
as i wrap myself around
your thighs.

i want you so bad
whispered by you
if only you meant it in the way
that i do.

touching kissing holding
please stop stop stop
let me out
and
break me down
i rather you not stick around.

(I don't live) in your life nowadays
I dwell in the burial of your former,
the one that came alive upon meeting me,
the one that died soon after.

Someone please dig me out,
a breath that you may lend,
take a shovel and unveil my heart,
so (I can live) again.

words containing the most addictive of seasonings,
eyes glistening with the thought of love,
lips speaking whispers of enchantment,
fingers grazing with the most tender of touches.

you threw away your seasonings,
you left your eyes to dull,
your whispers distorted into shouts,
and your touch diminished.
