There is comfort and there's praise
There's are are times for tears and sorrow
There is time for endless joy
There is mercy and forgiveness
Faith to carry on
Believing and trusting
There's comfort in God, comfort in God
Here hears us calling
And He comes with comfort
To heal us
Comfort and endless peace

Above all else we know
And all we understand
Be sure and hold this truth
Jesus is awesome love
Jesus is glorious and He
Forgives to heal our souls
While we are drawn to Him
With mercy redeemed
In awesome love He claims
Our souls for eternity
In heaven with Him
Jesus is sweet power
Here on earth to be near
All those who call on Him
To praise His name
Awesome love, holiness
Glorious in all He is
Jesus, Jesus who knows us
By name
Leads us in ways to be
One in His perfect light

Who is awesome and
Reigns with power
To heal
The pain and heartache
Giving them up to Jesus
In praise, praise to Jesus
His promise is true
His love is for all eternity
His glory is everywhere
With Him in victory

God who claims those
Who cry out to Him
In faith and in need of
His radiance shining
Down on us
He is our hope
Our light and our destiny
Forgiving and holding us
For all of eternity with Him
He is our reason to praise

Great is the God who

Giving us hope to come before Him
With broken hearts
Trusting in His word
He is the God of power
