I'll tuck you in the pages of my mind,
A memory I've left behind,
Filled with passionate words unspoken-
A window that I can't leave open.
One day when you're not a longing,
And I've found a sense of belonging,
I will unstuck the page,
Without having to pay a wage,
To that feeling of being hollow,
That at present I cannot swallow.
Because my life is a process,
Of not counting my losses,
And letting go of the past,
By not expecting it to last.
Life is moments in a collection,
None meant for resurrection.
