A faded memory kisses the mind
Distant times roll like the waves of the ocean
Thy touch ignited the flames of forevermore,
With promises soon spoken

Yet time is a mere invention of man
Never an end, nor a beginning
The imprints in ones mind lasting and eternity
The passion of emotion never forgotten

Souls not to forget a time and place of long ago…
Though others seem to come and go
Two spirits meant to be connected through something unknown
Even if they wish it not so

Physical bodies come and go
But thy essence is never gone
The seed planted in ones entirety
Will forever grow so long as the stars twinkle the evening sky.

watching the curtain slowly fall
the stage is now empty.
The actors left, the scene is unnerving.
Nothing is heard but the sound of a single heartbeat
Racing and thumping fast
A silent cry within her chest
And a nightmare that has begun to manifest.

All the colors were once so vivid
The nights were so clear
Together they danced on that stage
And pulled eachother near

An embrace that lasts an eternity
Or so she can only hope
Perhaps the play will have an encore
Or perhaps, karma will even the score.

She hugs herself tightly
As a tear falls down her cheek
Closing her eyes she whispers softly
Words she can not repeat…

Go to her and take what is needed
Allow her to give you what I can not
Know I will forever be with you
And loving you, always true.

Dropping her head in her hands she weeps softly
Confusion and sadness seems overwhelming
Silently praying for death to take her
Into that other world…..
………where she knows…….

He will rejoin her and eliminate her woes.

I’ve seen you in dreams so many times before
Always close, within my reach.
When the morning light kissed the sky,
The dream would end and we would have to say goodbye.

Years and days of a search that seemed endless
Feeling a spirit earning for mine
A mission that seemed to be forever
Until the end of time.

The day came when we finally reconnected
A day none shall ever forget
Though rough at times and sometimes in bliss
Joined together in an eternal kiss

When you feel alone or empty
