Stars in My Eyes
As I lie under the starry sky,
I look up and I wonder why.
The stars are bright and small as so,
Is that why people don't see their glow?

There is Cancer, Gemini, Aries, Scorpio,
Taurus, Capricorn, Virgo and Leo.
Then there is, Piscus, Libra and Aquarius,
Anything next? Not Just anything but Sagittarius.

I look back down to the people before me,
Each person is a star, do you not agree?
People think they are stronger and better all alone,
But in the end we shine brighter together, not on our own.

My Basketball Game
I walk on court as calm as can be,
My team mates start calling out to me.
I join the circle that we always make,
They pat my back until it aches.

We look across to the other team,
Watching them as they watch me.
They whisper, laugh and carry away,
Not knowing what will happen today.

With thireteen seconds left to win and score,
I look for a gap to get past number four.
He's as tall as anything and huge I must say,
But he isn't bocking me any time today.

I take my spot and breath in and out,
Looking around as if I was a scout.
Reacting to every move and every sound,
I bend my knees and get ready to jump off the ground.

The ball is mine finally in my hands,
I run and dribble while thinking of my plans.
I dodge two players with a jump and a twist,
I bend my knees and end this with a flick of my wrist.

The crowd goes wild and jumps up in joy,
I look to my team mates as they say good boy.
I smile and laugh as we all shake hands,
I wonder what I'll do about all these fans.
Swaying swiftly through swirling waters.

It’s silent and it’s deadly,
It wonders through the ocean steadily,
It floats and it dives,
It does everything it can to survive.

Swaying swiftly through swirling waters.

It’s humble and it’s divine,
Its beauty must be a crime,
Its colours are indescribable,
It’s highly definable.

Swaying swiftly through swirling waters.

You are as bright as the pale moonlight,
You truly are a breathtaking sight,
You stay in groups in your zone,
So you’ll never be all alone.

Swaying swiftly through swirling waters.

Fading slowly as the new day begins,
My joy and happiness I will hold within,
Till night comes I will wait for you,
Till I will again see that beautiful view.

Swaying swiftly through swirling waters.

Seven Days Ago
Seven days ago you started acting odd,
replying to my questions with only a small nod.
You looked oh so pale,
and so very frail.

Was this really just seven days ago?

Six days ago you started ignoring me,
I am right here, can you not see?
You walked away,
with nothing to say.

Was this really just six days ago?

Five days ago you refused to even eat,
no vegetables and even no meat.
Are you okay?
Please look this way.

Was this really just five days ago?

Four days ago you never went outside,
you whispered you were okay but I knew you lied.
Let's go out in the sun,
we can have so much fun.

Was this really just four days ago?

Three days ago you looked so weak,
All skinny and bony, it has almost been a week.
Let me help you,
at least give me a clue.

Was this really just three days ago?

Two days ago you never left your room,
The aura around here is all just gloom.
Please let me in,
together we can win.

Was this really just two days ago?

...One day ago, I knocked on your door...
...My heart sank when I saw you on the floor...
...Mom can you hear me..?
...I see you are now free...

...Why did you have to go...?

...You should have told me...

...Seven days ago...

Remember?
Remember the time you  said you hate me?
Remember the time  you set the date for me?

Remember the time you ran away from me?
Remember the time you cried that day because of me?

Remember the time you crossed the road and tripped?
Remember the time the car braked but slipped ?

Remember the time you closed your eyes?
Remember the time you felt yourself rise?

Remember the time you flew out of the way?
Remember the time you landed and looked back my way?

Remember the time I smiled at you?
Remember the time your heart split in two?

Remember the time I lay on the ground?
Remember the time I didn't make a sound?

Remember the time you cried as you held me?
Remember the time you didn't say that you loved me?

Do you remember what I said before I left?
If not just remember these  five words...

Remember that I love you.
This poem is about when my brother pushed his girlfriend out of the way when she was about to get hit by a car, he didn't survive but his last words meant a lot to her. That is why I made this poem.

Throwing Stones.
The first stone you threw represented our bond,
didn't it feel real? Why won't you respond?

The second stone you threw represented our trust,
you still say nothing? Have it your way if you must.

The third stone you threw represented our love,
Are you even listening? You're as quiet as a dove.

I guess all of these stone have the same ending though.
They all sunk in the end, and now you're all alone.
