believe...
KYNG Sep 2013
Nothing is impossible to he who believes
Faith is the origin for he who achieves
I dare to believe among detractors and thieves
With out stretched labored hands; I receive

I believe in God in me because He's  all I've got
Trying to put in my best for all that its worth
I believe in hard work; true success can't be bought
God's talents in my hand waiting for heaven's court

Talents in my hand; was the good fight fought
Did I do all I could or did my purpose rot
Knees down, I pray for strength with hands stretched north
Braving the storm, not minding the hurt

Drinking from the brook, minding the baited hook
Power in my bones fed by the Holy book
I believe in me unmoved by fate's voodoo
I believe in me and you should too
Believe. This is my moto in life.

CLAY AND GOLD
KYNG Sep 2013
Deaf of hearing
When these eyes of mine see beyond this sphere

Unconscious as i lay
I see your face
Your eyes; the brilliance of a million stars My heart longs for you,
But these iron bars

Sun rise...
But awake me not
For I have grown strong in this darkness
The light unveils my emptiness
The world says am a misfit
I know that she lies

For you see me as I am
A perfect mould of clay

Of clay we are made
But daughter of the earth
You are made of gold
Glitter, shine
A friend of Kings
A desire of Queens
The reward of Warriors
The heritage of Princes

"sit here I;
wondering...(sigh)
where does true love hide
when the heart is lost"

In the lonely soul of a peasant
Low, humble and meek
Like a sheep lost in the desert
Her love is hungry but weak

Clay meets gold
Now meets old
Dare not the spark
Unbearable is the flame
Too often two person from very different social class / status meet and a spark becomes an undying flame.
