It’s not every day that you wake up feeling sure about something, but it happens. You get that feeling. And you don’t think about anything else but what’s right in front of you. You don’t look back. You don’t even try to convince yourself and anyone else that it’s going to last a lifetime. Because even though you’re sure about it now, you know that it does not come with a guarantee that it’s meant for you. You may put your whole heart into something yet it does not automatically make it yours.
And I’ve had my fair share of heartbreaks to have reached the point of expecting the temporary in everything.
But do know this for sure- I’ve already accepted that we may not end up together, but I love you now and I will love you for a long time.
And even if that long time will hurt, I am and will always be thankful that you’ve been given to me in this lifetime.

You are not supposed to be someone defined as steady
You are not someone’s part of a routine
or in the same line as ‘convenient’, or in between
You are not meant for borrowed, or killing time.

You should be someone’s first and only choice
You are the waves albeit has the potential of being the reason to drown, is still what keeps someone coming back to the ocean.
You are the bright, hot ray of sun that feels like fire on skin, yet signals someone the desire of having a new beginning.
You are not the calm, you are, in all ways, the wild, but the kind that wakes up the soul and the heart.
You are not the border line, you are the peak a fear wants to conquer
You are the rush of blood, the high, the beat, the courage, both want and need.
And you should never, ever be a doubt.
You are never the question. You are always, always the answer.
