Keep Your Head Up
Kobbe Dec 2013
Hold you're head up
Even when you're fed up.

Frustrations making a mess
Of what we call rest

Stress wishing away you're senses
Pretend we're stronger but you'll
Still falter away

As the day passes, the world around us dissapates. We create and destroy.

The yin n yang at the tip of each fang.
We devour the sour taste of suddle mistakes.

Drown ourselves in lakes just to take us away with its current.
Burn it and watch the surface act with purpose.

Lurking through the deepest corners of our minds we tend to find kind as a reflective act towards those who shine. With hopes and ambitions to brighten our own light.
Its like we're terrified of what we might omit of ourselves so we just intend to dwell in darkness that leaders feed us, meant to send us into our own misguidance.

Fight till the sun sets and we might find these colors tend to make sense when we vibrate ourselves into existence.

Innocent Eyes
Kobbe Aug 2013
I see her innocent eyes used and abused, accused of such sinister lies. The pastor, her master, mother, brother, father all force her to hide, with none to confide and lack of sight in her mind.

I find we don't love the ones we call close. Posted up on the block, learning to hold her own, sown into her life the semetry feeling that this world is her enemy.

Anything to take money and make something of herself. 3 reflected mirrors at home reflecting an image to be up held.

Visions of a world of wealth, blinded by the wise men intending to leave her corrupt. It's ****** up, n it ***** but who really give a **** till they're stuck in the same situation?

Pacing through life clueless we might just make it out alive. As she Strives for a future she wakes up to a doctor and several sutures.

Beat down again to the sound of her own head. Bled for prayers so God wouldnt dred her favors.

She never really accepted the trueth that made her. Insisting proof, or a fool to be called a believer. If only you knew that all things were meant to decieve you. When the son rises the light starts shining to find her. What you raised is offering and one day he will help end your suffering for all your strugglig.

Departed Heart
Kobbe Feb 2013
The darkenss which surrounds us is ridiculous.
I am not the best articulater, but with favor I can paint a picture with a thousand words to leave you froze in a pose that leaves me thinking these words are somin that you didn't know. Knowing that you pretended that you knew.

We were so close to find out what true love was all about. The thought of some one knowing your thoughts aught to have struck fear in you, but a million, "its alrights" will never right the wrong you made that day you turned around and gave my love away, it was all a game to play, and honestly it wasn't even a sad day because I was ready to fly away. You never intended to follow anyway

Peer pressure's not an issue, when ur consioussness
is your only influence to soar through life, like a bird in the sky, with no reason to ask why, the hell, is this my life?!
Time will tell without fail how you really felt. But I felt what you were looking for, someone to say its alright, tonight, together we'll take flight, and all the world, in all its might can't fight the love we're feeling. But u gave it up, to the guy that made you smile for a while cos he knew just what you were thinking, thinking no meaning, feening the temptation of being the sensation and meaning.

There's no more home for u to rest in.
Not I or ur one night, care for you at night.
We spread our wings and take flight.
With no regret, just a lesson learned, it became his turn.
A lonely girl without the capacity to love herself.
Never felt true love, only words that felt like a hug. Comforting but never enough,
contrary to what you want, hate is never entering my heart. I loved you from the start, I see you start to walk back, after the fact. I've already departed, its to bad you made your choice to depart before you felt your heart.

Something Else
Kobbe Feb 2013
I'm looking for something else, you call it negitive
I call that reflection of self, why you make it out to be so devilish. If I shall perish I envision consumption of wealth. True wealth, the kind I once faced, embraced in darkness, a mothers womb, peace my soul did consume, forced into this world n told to bloom. No one knew they were sending us to our own perceptive doom.

We create it then debate it, because collective reality is to real to face it. Drop bombs n schedule cases, ******* it I hate it but I love what made it. Our own creations n we stand to em. What are we but all the same faces created at different paces. Humanity is our sanity, n we destroy it with vanity. How has it come to be that we no longer see, hate is enough to separate our forces that be. Sun Tzu's divide and conquer, history from a forefather but why bother? They never birthed what resembles your master, direct questions to your pastor. Who's the real parent, at times its no longer apparent. No lessons in direction, off to school cos no time to bother. A system not meant for blessing. Ancestors we fester out of regret of what we neglect, truth in our own history, it truely stays a mystery. Science made humanity defiant. It all Resembles truth in the message, if we could only make each other get it. Stop the ******* and teach the lesson. Its all the same message, only changing to keep us guessing, U'd get it after a smokin session.

If shame was an issue, making momentary thought an issue maybe we wouldnt have to tell our brothers we'll miss you. Send em off to battle, with out facts to go through. They're souls get burnt too. Blood for corporate greed, the same creed that feeds you your feed, controlling the source but ofcourse the conspirators make it out to be worse. All motivated to keep ignorance in our health. Feels like its programmed in fate to prorate hate to make you un equal to a few, who couldn't care if you be Christian, Muslim, or Jew. Buddah never asked to be praised but the love from his words made him more than he was. Spiritually enlightened to a perception, and that's my personal lesson. No judgment only my own interpretation, of what I am and we all are. People created equal.

Let Light Enter
Kobbe Jan 2013
Knowledge enforced to follow, it hurts to turn my back
Lack of truth in its logic, proof to make it easy to swallow?
Befallen by It's calling, resented all the good intended.
Twisted Tables and a created fable, represented by eyes labled shameful. Written words cursed no better, read a recitation, with my own interpretation, ahead beams of light began to enter.

Now they're looking bitter, calling out sinner
Preparing your forthcoming, preparing you for dinner
Forget em, who's rightously judging? First stone, lies are forthcoming.
Fighting our own demons, none but you percieve em
It's this feeling, the darkness and the sickness, the weakness that inhibits the message, soul and will  conflicting at the hilltop. Vanity, the start of your calamity. It had to be that guilty feeling, draging you from your heighth of the ceiling.
Perfection is something we're all missing, lying furthers the evil that you felt. Perhaps you hate what's well and embrace the hateful, but its free will that leaves you blame full. Alone, be grateful, believe in Him on your own accord. As the race of the light takes flight I let it enter

Your mind at times, plays games unkind. Conclusions undefined, leaving its history your mystery. Grasp the signs in life, the beauty of your wife, the power in mere sight, surely you can overcome fright. We can't see the whole picture and all the painters live on the right of the sea. It's time to be who we're all destined to be, peace, love, and happiness at the center. The warm sun surrounding us with brightness in winter, let it enter.

Secondary Issue
Kobbe Jan 2013
Across the room you smile
All the while, these feelings
Overwhelming as they are
A barricade chest
With your smile and my quiet charm
Nothing set an alarm, who woulda guessed
Blessed we've surpassed, A secondary issue

We circle in an illusion, forbidding a conclusion
Words quote truth and illustrate hate
What a relevant debate it coulda been
The thought to win brought you to shine
Resistance to incline and in time
It's fine, You never have to say I miss you
We denied the secondary issue

Down the line, we're doin fine
Talk about your day, I tell you how I pray
Your fate be destined for great. We laugh
About this n that. Again you smile
N all the while, we grew tired
We hired ourselves to prevail
I say goodbye, this time u say I've missed you
You see, we've neglected the secondary issue

Believe called true
Kobbe Dec 2012
Believe whats called true
The words that create this illusion
Believe it will confuse you
Those words are an intrusion

Mind has been twisted
As the lies been deceptive
I am but a believer
Words alone can't be the deciever

A tongue that withholds
The intention of a soul
Forgets that truth lies
In depth with their eyes

— The End —
