As the darkness takes her whole,
She feels her body apart her soul.
Falling long and far, she reaches out to touch a star,
As whispers float around her ear;
They tell her, her home is near.

Pretty little girl as the sun dies down,
why were those lips cursed with a frown?

Her heart was once an ocean to give,
But her life was one that wasn't quite lived.

Hush little baby don't you cry,
Daddy left you with no goodbye;
Thrown about as you cry and shout
You beg and cry and bleed even more,
As he furiousley throws you into the door;
Next is his bed were all your memories were made,
Where he left you to rot and fade;
You hurt so bad deep down within,
But darling his acts were not your sin.

Awaiting deaths knock to call at my door,
Often I wonder what I was put here for;
I feel the journey will be long and dark,
But death means nothing when you have no heart.
