Do you still listen to indie music to help you sleep?
Can you still make a girl blush by looking at her?
Are your eyes still blue as the morning sky?
Do you still kiss like it will be your last?
Are you still as handsome?
Can you still smile with all your heart?
Do you still laugh at everyone's jokes?
Does your soul still shine through your eyes?
Do you still live like today is your last day?
Can you still play guitar?
Are you still amazing as you once were?
Do you still pick yourself off the ground after every bad thing that happens to you?
Do you sill smile through the pain?
Are you still you?

The unique imperfections,
That make you,
Are why I love you.
The way you can't look anyone in the eye.
How you blush when someone compliments you.
How you chuckle after we kiss.
How you always walk with your head down.
The way you laugh at everyone jokes.
(Even when they're not funny.)
They way you're always happy.
How you never get angry or sad.
They way you're always yourself.
That's what makes you.
That's why I love you.

I'm the person you talk to when you feel you have no one else.
I'm there for you when no one else is.
I'm always there to comfort you.
To make you smile.
To make you happy.
I'm just the ******* the sidelines.
I'll always love you but you'll never love me.
You'll never notice me.
I'm just your friend.
I'm the girl you'll never love.
I watch while girl after girl breaks your heart.
I can't put the pieces back together.
I wish i could...
I wish you would look at me the way I see you look at other girls.
I want you to love me like you loved them.
I want you.
All of you.
Not the half you've given me but you will always think of me as a friend.
While I'll always think of you as something more...

You're the wind that blows through the trees.
The rainbow after a storm.
The sun during the day and the moon at night.
You're the light at the end of a tunnel,
When everything seems dark.
You're the reason why I'm always smiling.
The reason why on my darkest days I'm still standing.
You're my happiness.

She looked deep into his milky grey eyes,
What she saw wasn't happiness.
It was the deepest sadness,
The deepest longing for something she didn't know of.
His eyes always looked like that,
Like pure darkness.
That's what drew her to him,
Those eyes, That sadness.
She begged him to tell her why his eyes looked like that,
He would never tell her.
He would just say it was who he was.
She knew that was a lie,
He wasn't a deep dark person.
He has a aura so bright,
That you could see it from miles away.
She thinks his eyes are like that because it was his inner demons showing through his eyes.
She knew in his own time he would tell her about his demons,
Until then she would look into his eyes and wonder what could make him so sad.
