Silvery spectator sheds touch of light
Tranquil forest green, black, white,
Snow settles down, Not a sound,
On this crisp, winter, night.

Like the snow, white and silent,
An owl hunts its prey,
A hungry hare looks up by chance,
Is struck by fright,
He cannot get away.

So unlucky was this glance,
To see impending doom.
There is no time for thought of flight,
Forever will that final sight
Be owl's snowy plume.
You poison my mind
Keep me up at night
I toss and turn
But when I switch off that light
You still drive me crazy
Even though you aren’t here
I reach, but can't feel you
Don't smell any beer
And then I roll over
And I am lying alone
You are worlds away
But you won’t call my phone
Can’t stand my thoughts of you
Each night I slumber
But it kills you too
Because I changed my number
Those three words are like taboo
how dare i attempt to say them to anyone but you
those three words, a curse upon my lips
how dare i improvise during your terrorizing script

i wish i could scream it out loud, to anyone
but there is not a single person who deserves it in the long run
yet, hopefully someone will come along
and then i can say it and once again be strong

i can see the day, eventually, it will come
and they will appear, the real one
and i can say those three little words now and then
for when i find that person, i will be me, once again
Every man has a price
I’ll only lead him astray
And I’ll do it in cold blood
How much will you pay?
