The Guy that Stole My Heart

The guy that stole my heart can act like such a child.
When it’s time to be serious he can be wrong, yet so right.
Put him with his best friend, I’ve never seen someone so wild.
Sometimes just to bug me, he’ll do things out of spite.

I’ve never been so close to someone;
Yet feel so far away.
He can be a lot of things, especially really fun.
Whenever he realizes how I feel, that will be the day.

He’s my best friend and brother put together.
But I feel it in my heart he’s so much more.
He’ll mess around with me like I’m one of the guys, but will handle me like I’m a delicate feather.
I can still feel his love, though, all the way to my core.

The guy that stole my heart can never be replaced;
One day, this guy, will see me face to face.
