School
Jessica Aug 2011
We sit quietly,
Listening intently,
As the teacher drones on and on.

When he turns his back,
A sudden smack,
And a lad is flat on the floor.

Kisses are blown,
Paper is thrown,
And a pathetic boy scuffle is started.

One boy starts to weep,
After a heavy leap,
Has cracked and bruised all his bones.

The teacher spins round,
With an ugly frown,
And yells 'WHAT THE HELL'S GOING ON?!'

After a lot of persuasion,
And some complication,
The lad with sore bones explains all.

The teacher understands,
And offers a hand,
To get him quickly to the school nurse.

Again, hell breaks loose,
As the teacher's no use,
The Head comes in and scolds all.

The naughty children,
Have now started learning,
How to behave well in school.

Special
Jessica Jun 2010
Where you belong,
Is where I’m strong,
Which is safely in my heart.

Days go by,
And older grow I,
But my heart is where you will stay.

My heart beats fast,
As I think of the past,
Where we were always together.

Months go by,
And hard as I try,
I can never, ever forget you.

Our friendship has come to an end,
But here’s something I must recommend,
Is that we meet up and try again.

For your friendship is true to me.

Ex-Boyfriend (DT)
Jessica Jun 2010
If you treat me like you were supposed to,
Maybe I wouldn’t have had to have hurt you.
You hurt me in more than one way,
So I have something important to say.

Cheat me, hit me, bite me, force me,
Spit on me, lie to me, can’t you see?
You hurt me more than any other,
To get back at you I kissed your brother.

Something I’ve managed to keep quiet for a while,
Just thinking about revenge makes me smile.
I really thought I was in love with you,
But honestly, being with you, anything could be true.

The amount of times I’d cried and cried,
I always returned when you apologised.
My excuse? It was being young and forced,
By someone who I thought loved me of course.

But you never loved me, not at all,
every time I thought I was standing tall.
When, in fact, I was looking like you,
A stupid, idiotic, childish fool.

So I’m glad I finished the relationship,
Happy I escaped and got away quick.
Imagine what’d happen if I’d stayed with you,
I’d be a selfish cow and extremely cruel.

He Loves His Car
Jessica Jun 2010
He loves his car,
I don’t know why,
I think it’s a shame
The poor little guy.

He cleans it every week,
But I don’t understand why.
All it does is sit outside,
Catching droppings from the sky.

I think there’s something wrong,
I don’t know what to do,
Every time I look at his car
It’s covered in bird poo!!

The ****** thing,
It sits there, causing me expense,
Why can’t it just move itself
Instead of taking my last pence!!

It needs it’s own bedroom
Where it can’t get into trouble,
Then when it goes and roams the streets
I’ll trap it in a bubble!!

No more money needed,
As it can’t possibly crash,
All it has to do now,
Is save me and my cash!!

This House
Jessica Jun 2010
Drip. Drip. Drip.
The sound of water echoing around the empty house.
Tap. Tap. Tap.
The sound of the door blowing to and fro.
Scratch. Scratch. Scratch.
The sound of mice scurrying across the wooden boards.
Smash. Smash. Smash.
The sound of a window being broken to pieces.
Bang. Bang. Bang.
The sound of a girl struggling with her victim.
Clang. Clang. Clang.
The sound of knives clattering together.
Boom. Boom. Boom.
The sound of the girls heart banging against her chest.
Splat. Splat. Splat.
The sound of blood hitting everything.
Silence….
Then….
Tick. Tick. Tick.
The sound of the body’s watch striking midnight.
Thud. Thud. Thud.
The sound of desperation to escape.
Vroom. Vroom. Vroom.
The sound of a car zoom off.
Squirm. Squirm. Squirm.
The sound of maggots attacking the corpse.
Drip. Drip. Drip.
The sound of the house yet again deserted…. For now.

Oh Little Pussycat
Jessica Jun 2010
Oh little pussycat
Staring at me.
Why don’t you go outside
And climb into a tree.

Oh I know why,
But please don’t cry
If I tell you the real cause.

We’re stuck in town,
Where there’s no tree’s,
And no room for tidy lawns!!

What a shame little pussycat
That I can’t let you out,
But if you promise to behave yourself,
I promise I won’t shout.

I’ll let you out when you’re old enough,
And when we get a new home,
But for now you’re stuck in this dingy flat,
Until you’re good and grown!!

My Poor Feet
Jessica Jun 2010
Oh my poor feet,
Blistered and raw,
I can feel the heat
It’s really sore!!

I should just wear trainers,
When I go out around the town,
Instead of killing off my feet
And causing me to frown.

No more heels for me,
Even if pain is beauty.
I’m happy looking ugly,
If it means I’m being comfy!!

Cat's, Cat's Everywhere
Jessica Jun 2010
One up the curtain,
Another at my feet,
Another climbing up my leg,
And the others took my seat!!

The eldest is outside,
Searching for his prey,
He’s been missing over a week,
I hope that he’s okay.

The one climbing up the curtain,
Well now he’s torn it down,
He’s gone to hide in the bathroom,
While I hang it up and frown.

The one at my feet is now asleep,
Curled upon my lap,
His sister’s come to join him,
They’re both taking a nap.

The one that’s on my seat,
Well now he’s at my feet,
Playing with a toy he’s found,
Squeak, squeakity, squeak!!

The patter on my lino,
Of these beautiful five cats,
Let’s me know that I’m at home,
And where my family’s at!!
