As I lie in
stillness
in a
peaceful
state of mind,
I am
terribly conflicted
between
closing my eyes
and
let all of me
disperse;
to become the
universe.
Soaring
amongst the winds'
of the
furthest corners
of the globe
or
simply lie still,
fondling
in the beauty
of my
surrounding
within
a long and illuminating
gaze.
What a dilemma.

Have you ever dealt with
such pain
that all you could ever
think of doing
was
take your own life?

LIFE IS
BEAUTIFUL.

As she left,
with each step,
my heart began to sink
further and further
to obscurity.
The days began to be
dull,
time froze,
and all that tasted
rich
lost all its flavor.
I was
heartbroken.

You could see it
in her eyes
the places she have explored-
the wanderlust
that usher her into
enlightenment and growth,
authentic tears
of memorable moments
of smiles
with those who in her heart
are unforgettable.
You could see
the absolute beauty
of her soul.

And when we crossed paths
I stood still-
just taken back
by her beauty.
And for a slight moment
I thought that maybe,
just maybe,
I was only
just attracted to her physically
but I knew-
I just knew
there was more than
physical attraction.
I was drawn to her
by something more-
divine almost.
I could feel her.
And then when she smiled
at me,
that was it.
I immediately fell for her.

Yes, like every other girl,
she smiled
when being called
beautiful,
but the one compliment
that truly
flattered her most
was the simple appreciation
of her excellent taste
in music.
