She swayed a little,
As he held her strong.
She pushed him back,
But he never let go.

He drank her in,
Little by lot.
She pryed on his,
Everlasting love.

His friendship was,
All that she saw.
But for him it was,
Quite a lot more.

He loved her true,
Like a poet's tale.
But she refused,
To let him in.

He never quit,
She never stoped.
He loved her true,
While she played on.

None was at fault,
And no one quite right.
She lost a friend,
He lost his life.

This game was over,
And they never met.
The friend and the lover,
A match never meant.

Me
You stole my words,
And made them yours.
You broke me up,
Without remorse.

I lost through you,
Not just love.
But the sense of knowing,
What friendship was.

The tides were high,
As people changed.
But you I prayed,
Would still remain.

But the grave was mine,
Dug too by me,
Deep enough,
For you to leave.

You found your exit,
You took it and ran.
And stole from me,
My reminisce.

My sweet memories,
Were now just yours.
You left me alone,
Without my thoughts.

But I did fight,
That tainted heart.
I spat it out,
As I drew guard.

Of people who loved,
And friends alike.
You taught me dear,
How to survive.

I thank you now,
As my ashes feed,
My new life,
The one just for me.

When you are your own worst enemy, you become your only friend.
You live through people, but don't exist yourself.
You butter your bread through hours of toil, but so does a mule.
You lose yourself to thoughts in conversations and lose your conversations to sudden thoughts.
You're the oxymoron that lives and breathes.
You're the contradiction that never succeeds.
But for all your flaws and all their hate,
You're unique, a star that never fades.

The alphabet jumble,
Became quite a Jungle.
Where letters fight,
Just to survive.

The A's against the Z's,
Like west against the east.
The vowels rule,
This grammatical feud.

There are few rules,
In this anarchic dispute.
Like I before E,
Except after C.

But two letters did stray,
So far away.
In this world so confused,
Love had found its muse.

They left their contempt
They shed their hate.
And they became immortal,
As our stories do say.

These two young lovers,
Are remembered still.
For together they defended,
What hate tried to ****.

And that is how,
Our story begins.
For that's what happened,
When I met U.

Us
You'll be my greatest friend,
And I my worst enemy.

Together we'll rule my heart,
Or destroy it in it's entirety

Mirroring thoughts,
I'll match yours.
Mirroring lives,
I'll try it out.

Comical joy,
I laugh with you.
Sorrowful day,
I cry for you.

Busy tones,
I wait for the call.
Monday blues,
I'll keep the coffee hot.

Long night drives,
I'll pull out my car.
Silent days,
I'll keep you guard.

I'll be your friend,
I'll be your lover.
I'll be there for you,
Up until forever.

We fall in love.
He falls in love.
She doesn't care.
He waits, tick tock goes the clock.
He's tierd of waiting.
He starts to walk away.
She calls for him.
He runs back to her.
For what is life without hope.
He hopes.
She ignores.
He keeps on waiting.
She haunts him.
The occasional smile, her soft words.
And she's gone again.
But he knows better.
He thinks he knows better.
He waits.
She's gone.
He walks away.
She whisper's.
He runs towards her.
He's lost.
He knows he's lost.
He want's out.
Ooooh god he wants out.
He can't breath.
He rips his heart out.
He breaths a sigh of relief.
He's incomplete.
She broke him.
He broke himself.
He sits without a heart.
Without the capability to love.
The loveless man who loved too much.
