Calmness is like throwing a pebble in a lake then watching the water settle.
After a storm you stand in the clearing.
Calmness is like the quiet, once disturbed it soon settles down.
When you hear your heart beating you think of life.
Calmness is like a hunter who took his shot, after a while it all calms down.
When the birds are flying trying to hide, you hear them land and chirp all night.
Calmness is like a waterfall frozen by ice to make a sculpture.
When you climb that waterfall and you almost fall, you regain your footing and calm right down.
Calmness is like the first taste of something sweet, but soon after your taste won’t flare.
Then you find something new to eat.
Calmness is like touching a smooth cold rock, your senses flare but then calm.
Once you pass it on to someone then you feel calm.
If you are not calm then you will be stressed.
If you are stressed you can not do your beast.
If you are calm you will be fine.
When you are fine you will always get better.
