Love is sweet and nice.
Love is bitter with spice.

But one thing, it's that love
can set you free like a dove.

Although you might need brakes
to see through the fakes.

You could stay single
to say and run.

Most importantly you could take that chance
and find that significant one.

At least you know.

That love is bitter with spice.
And love is sweet and can be nice.

People come and go.
Love comes and goes.

The hellos come.
and the goodbyes follow.

Truth is one thing
lying is another,
But saying the truth
is better for another

Honor is like truth
it's the best for youth.
And I'm having hope
that you have that too.
its a poem pertaining to class, i had to do a poem for homework, we were reading about Langston Hughes.

Further along
these days go
passing and passing,
we never stop and listen.
Once be nice, Twice be best,
maybe even just once
we would realize
what we've done.
