Nothing is ever created in which you don’t exist. You have taken all forms yet I seek you.
Do you know how often I have lost you then found you in all the places that I sought you.  
Do you know that the randomness in which you appear is the certainty that I uphold.
There is one last bit of me that I can’t seem to let go.  
Is that the piece that is missing from your puzzle?

Sometimes we ask for more, even when we overflow. Then we should not complain if a tsunami happens . This is how it all begins. A wave is happy with it’s short dance to the shore and it merges back with the ocean happily. The wave that thinks it is the ocean and wants a separate identity gets engulfed by the ocean. Similarly we all are tied with beautiful heart strings. Why pull strings excessively and unravel! A gentle tug at your own strings diminishes the need for others to pull strings for you. Be happy wherever you are placed. One day you will know the ‘why’.

Karma is the only
real friend.
No matter how hard you try and outrun it,
it finally catches up.

With some people
there is no quid pro quo.

Once we realise a truth
it can never be unrealised.

Colouring it in shades of
right and wrong
doesn’t enhance or diminish it.
In an open mind the truth dawns.
To know something as it is,
may be the realisation
that saints talk about.
Where the difference between
the knower and known ends.
That brief moment of realisation
is all that it is.
When the dissection begins
words are inadequate and inaccurate. However you can never
“unknow” once you know.

Every action
and inaction
has consequences.

Whatever we do should come back
to us, tenfold.
Maybe then we will learn to treat others the way we want
to be treated.
The way nature has decided to treat us!

Freedom is the belief
that no one actually
has your back.

All you have,
may be a truckload
of unkind words.
Don’t hurl them

Dime a dozen.

Things are a better investment.
It is okay to discard things.
Nowadays people find it easier
to discard people.

Sometimes regret
is not for the lines crossed

never crossed.

When the perfect crime happens
they suspect it is an inside job.
So is meditation.
Seek within.

Let vulnerability
be your skin
your ornament
and your identity.
Vulnerability sometimes
is impenetrable.

Freedom is
when your
conscience
doesn’t
accuse you.

Absence of light is darkness,
Absence of darkness is light,
Remove all absence
and revel in presence.

Let the letting go
happen,
don’t force it
don’t think of it,
till one day you realise
you were really
holding on to nothing.




This how sitting still becomes meditation and you don’t realise it.
