Emotions
Dharnish Aug 16
Looking into the sky,
Wondering if the clouds will cry,
Holding emotions as I walk,
Thinking when I’ll stop this endless talk.

Every step feels heavy,
Making my heart feel unsteady,
Even others’ glances make me think,
As my thoughts begin to sink.

Stop, my mind, don’t wander more,
I can’t bear this weight anymore,
I want to live, find a way,
And escape this pain someday.

Red wine
Dharnish Aug 16
Feeling dizzy,
Happiness stirred in my soul, yet I haven't a clue.
I thought it was love,
But now I’m not sure what’s true.

Our romance felt like a blend,
Of night and eve,
I wondered if this was love,
But perhaps it was just a fleeting dream.

When I walked behind you,
I saw forever and ever.
But now that you’re gone,
That bond feels severed.

The evening you didn’t show,
I sat in this empty hall,
Lingering on the thought,
Were you my perfect soul at all?

My Friend
Dharnish Aug 16
Where are those days
When we sat for hours together,
Chatted through the night,
And made each other laugh?
It all feels like a different time,
A place we’ve left behind forever.

Where are those days
When we skipped classes for our favorite spots,
Embarked on tours that brought us peace,
And took photos filled with genuine laughter?

Now, as I sit and gaze at our old memories,
I realize it’s just a phase,
A treasure to cherish and reminisce.

Mom

Mom
Yes, Yes, I Am a Mom

Every day feels just the same,
Feeding, cleaning, working—oh, what a game.
Juggling tasks all at once,
It feels overwhelming more than once.

My usual excuse is, “Let’s see,”
Or postponing any gathering, just to be free.
My usual lines are, “I’m late” or “I’m sleepy,”
Every day feels like a repeat, deeply.

I think I’m the only one to complain,
About everything under the sun’s reign.
But they say, “No, no, you’re not alone,
Every mother feels this down to the bone.

My Baby
Dharnish Aug 16
My baby, do you know what I love?
Your smile and your smell,
Your tiny hands and tiny toes.
Your eyes and lovely grip,
Which makes my heart skip.

My baby, do you know what I love?
The strength you made me realize,
That I had.
The motivation to do much more, even when I’m tired.

What a feeling,
To be a mother to you,
Never have I felt
a love so true.

To Nature
Dharnish Aug 16
I know what I have done,
But now it's too late,
I feel pity, and wonder how to change
What's already been written in our fate.

As humans, we savor all things
Except for peace and kindness
Which are the essence of all living beings

Its too late for acknowledgement,
We respect what we sow.
Oh, poor mother nature.
Please forgive us, this is not want we chose.
