Dawn Winters Sep 2013
In a world where war is prominent,

The young are like summer.

The young are free.

The young are innocent.

They are happy.

But like summer,

The young never last.

Soon enough summer turns to winter.

The young turn to old.

The free are in chains

And the innocence is lost.
