Won't go without you

I won't rest till I find you

Can't live without you
This poem is ridiculous
And you’re so predictable
Together you are
Ridiculously predictable

And you spin your hair
On your skinny little finger
I stop and stare
Let my scent linger

Eyes are a deep sea green
Attitude of a beauty queen
This feels right
It’s a perfect night

But you’re gay
Why are you gay?
You tell me you like men
Kissed a boy in your closet when you were ten
You liked playing with Barbies- but only Ken
I love everything about you
And I am not about to
Leave you alone

With your news paper
You count me out
Keep reading about that ***** shaper
Oh, you make me want to shout

What can I say?
You’re gay
You tell me you like men
Kissed a boy in your closet when you were ten
You liked playing with Barbies- but mostly Ken

Tight jeans and collared shirts
Stick up your nose at the dirts
Got your cappuccino and walk around
Crush your cigarette butts into the ground

Get your books for class
Tap your boyfriend’s ***
God, you’re so predictable

Everything I Never Wanted
A false accusation
Leads to a truth,
And a breakdown;
A realization

A growing issue;
A breakthrough.
I see you as a virtue;
Limitless we argue

You hold belief in divine right
Even as I rule your day, like light
Calm you down, like night
Oversee your thoughts; I am your sight

You are the exception
The flaw to my opinion
A breech of my dominion
You are the devil’s minion

You’re the catchy hook in every song
The heat that makes a summer night so long
The passion that makes love feel wrong
You’re the motive that makes a liar strong

A fear in all my dreams
A decibel in all my screams
Turn my tears to streams
Collapse my walls to broken beams

Baby, it's you...maybe
Maybe, it was the beer
That made things seem so clear
Maybe, last night
Which turned into this morning
Was a little too late
To serve as a warning

Babe, I know for sure
That the music flowed pure
As thoughts through my brain
As blood in my veins

I think my thoughts were see-through
I said nothing, but still you knew
And I was thinking I should go

I felt that I was spinning
That the alcohol was winning
I couldn’t close my eyes
My thoughts would converse, about your lies

So I’m standing on your porch
Your hands on my waist, burned like a torch

I said “Please just let me go.”
You said “It’s more than this, I know.
You have no clue what I needed
To say tonight, if it sounds like a lie
Then alright, I’m giving up on love,
For the rest of my life.
This was my last hope.”

I was thinking,
This is sounding
Like a song you wrote

As the car pulled into view,
I turned to you,
''You're not giving up on love,
You're just giving up on me.''

You walked, and turned away
Paused long enough to say
''Goodbye and take care,
Always be happy.''
I had been 'seeing' a guy for several months, one night while I was at his house I abruptly realized  I didn't want to see him anymore. He was quite angry when I told him, but I didn't care. I started formulating this poem the minute I got into the cab and whirled out of his drive-way.

Yours For Every Season
I just want to be the girl you’re with in all seasons
And for this want, I have many reasons

I want to walk in crunchy leaves
Passing naked trees
Feel the last of the sunshine
Feel your hand on mine

On an icy winter night
I want to stand in the moon light
Watch the cold air steal our every warm breath, I don’t care much
I want to shiver from your touch

With you,
I want to walk in morning dew
Wetness covers each blade of grass
Every blooming flower as pretty as the last

I want to walk along the water
Swim with you as the day grows hotter
Lie with you beneath the summer sun
Enjoying every moment, till the long day is done

The answer is in each simple reason
I want to be your girl in every season
