I wrote these when I was younger so much younger than today- looking back I fondly remember the summer of 1976. I was in the most wonderful place (The City of London) and so much in love with love. It has taken me a long, long time but I feel now the time is right for me to share with you some of my deepest thoughts and feelings from that time. I dedicate this collection to my dear wife Balbir and our wonderful daughter Vinita, to my family and friends who have always stood by me and helped pick me up when I have been down and to my students who inspire me and remind me that I too was young once upon a time. I hope you enjoy reading these short poems as much as I enjoyed writing them. Thank you for the memories and for being there for me.
