Truly, deep down inside..
I felt this lonely feeling inside of me.
And it wasn’t so much of how many
people I could surround myself with.

But I knew that it was for me to
appreciate, love myself, and follow
my heart’s happiness a lil more..

To never expect too much
out of life, but to let things
go and naturally flow..

Let the tears run like the flow of a river.
And when you are clear of no tears left to cry.
You can get back up on that peak...
and continue to still see the sunrise.

You don’t need to seek validation from
anyone or anything to begin your journey.

Stop looking for what’s around you or
on the outside of you to fill you up.

Own your power, & value yourself
as an individual.

Because love, it’s already within you.

“If your fears are constantly focused on the future.. how can you live in the present moment to create the life you desire?”

What matters is what you put out now,
What you live for at this very moment.

Everything else will all align with
your frequency & settle in place.

Remember that everything & everyone
else is “you” pushed out.

Here on earth...

Not just to love & to be loved,
but to “become” love...

Radiate the light within you
and let your soul shine...

“You love, you are loved, you is love.”

Dear Ego,

You are more than what the
world perceives you to be.

Sometimes your thoughts, fears,
and worries are all over the place.

But if you just take the time to focus on
your breath, to let the worries & fears drop....
& to be grateful for even the smallest things
in your life...

You’ll strengthen the peace of mind...
& the gratitude you have within yourself.

Knowing that “you are enough”.
