The Bush
Oh, I wish the summer would come,
So my wonderful leaves would appear,
So I could russel in the summer  breeze.
So my fruit would grow and be eaten,
So my branches would warm up,
So I could be bright and beautiful again.
I wish I could dance and laugh and play,
Just like all the humans all about,
I wish I could jump and sing and shout,
Just like the humans all about.
Oh, I wish the summer would come,
So I can be radient and glowing,
And so bonnie for all to see.

Valentines Day
A card sliding through the letter box,
Kisses, hearts, poems and admirers.
Cheeks flushing red as roses,
Hearts skipping a beat.
Looking for that vase you like,
To put your flowers in.
Trying to find out who your admirer is,
Sitting for hours on end.
Sharing your love with your secret admirer,
After finally figuring out.

Wind
It tickles me,
With its cold hands.
Picks me up and carefully sets me down.
It follows me up the road,
As I run as fast as my legs can carry me.
But suddenly I hear it's whistling voice in my ear,
In a teasing tune,
Moking me.
I turn,
It runs.
The chase is on now,
I run at full speed.
But now it's just being mean,
Making mini hurricanes around me,
And dropping me to the ground.
So I go,
It follows.
I run to my room,
It knocks on the window,
Telling me it's sorry.
I ignore.
It goes away,
And the sun peers through the dark clouds.

Fireworks
Fantastic,
Interesting,
Rocketing a way up high,
Exciting,
Wonderful and bright,
Oh, they are so amazing!
Radiant,
Keen to see more,
S**howers down like shooting stars.

Winter
The nights are getting darker,
The days are getting colder,
But it's okay,
In every way,
Because fun and laughter still happens.
It's getting rainier,
More daily,
But it's okay,
In every way,
Because fun and laughter still happens.
The ground is getting icy,
The clouds are getting darker,
But it's okay,
In every way,
Because fun and laughter still happens.

Imagine
Imagine,
You could fly among the stars,
Imagine,
Humans could live on Mars.
Imagine,
The sky was green and the grass was blue,
Imagine,
An earth worm could harm you.
Imagine,
There was a languge everyone knew,
Imagine,
Cartoons are real and movies too.
Imagine,
What life would be like,
Without imagination.

The Mystery Island
I walked across the sandy beach,
The tropical birds creating a loud screech.
The soft silky sand making it's way through my toes,
And a small dense of trees, in a bunch, not a row.
I inhale the dry, salty air,
The sweet aroma of the excotic fruits, too delicious to bare.
The sky, deep and blue,
The sun shining a ray onto the ocean.
The waves crashing onto the sand,
Washing over my ankles.
The star shaped leaves,
On the tall palm trees.
I look across the glorious island,
Amazed by the magnificent sight.

The Presence
I can't sleep,
I can hear something.
Someone's here,
I'm not alone.
It's getting closer,
I can hear footsteps in the hall.
Someone's here,
I'm not alone.
One voice,
Two people.
Someone's here,
I'm not alone.
The door handle turning,
The door slowly opening.
Someone's there!
I'm not alone!
I say "Hello?"
They run away.
The someone is gone,
I am alone.

The Old Man's Song
I walk down the street,
Like I am in one of those adverts,
I swish my hair, and skip to the beat,
Of the old man's song.
It is quite a nice one,
A lovely rhythm,
A shame the song is almost done,
I think I will give him some money.

*Then I will nip to the shop,
The botuique,
Then I will stop at the market,
And buy some groceries.

My Dog Luna
My dog Luna, she was sweet,
She liked to lick people's feet!!
She ran away once,
But not very far.
I loved my dog Luna.
I stroked her fur,
That kept me warm in the winter.
She had a black snout,
No doubt about that,
As black as the midnight sky.
Her coat was a shade of brown,
The colour of a sandy beach.
I don't have my dog anymore,
Because we moved into a temperary flat.
We gave her to a man down the street,
I miss her,
I miss her,
I miss her very much.
And I hope we can get her back.

Choices
Live,
A full happy life.
Be,
Who you wanna be.
Believe,
You can do it.
Love,
The one who is right for you.
Light,
The path you are going to take.

The Broom
At the foot of the stair,
Breathing in the fresh air.
Walking home,
Text my mum on my phone.
Unlock the door,
Step onto the creaking floor.
Walk to my room,
Knocking over the broom.
Lay on my bed,
Resting my painful head.
Fall asleep,
Don't make a peep.
Wake up,
I am back to being young.

The Girl of Mystery
She stood there, staring at me.
Her eyes like gleaming diamonds.
It started to hurt, the pain thrashed through my veins.
I fell to the floor, it was hard to breath.
I screamed at her, telling her to stop.
She ignored me and carried on.

The pain started to fade and I looked up,
To see her dress, but no her, lying in a heap on the floor.
The pain no longer hurt, just a slight tingle.
I have never told anyone about that day.

A Busy Day Out
Great pace,
Pair of ace.
Like your song,
Ping pong?
Climb the oak,
Never smoke.
Ride the horse,
Find the sorce.
Live, laugh, love,
Turtle dove.
Draw a line,
Feeling fine.
Sip the Coke,
Do not choke.
Enjoy,
Ahoy!
Where are you?
Lost my shoe!
Find my coat,
Eat an oat.
Made a mark,
We're at the park.
C'mon believe,
Roll up your sleeve.
Get more juice,
Chase a goose.
Swim in the sea,
As fun as can be!
Race to the gate,
Oh no we're late!
Ice-cream,
Sun beam.
Across the tar,
To the car.
Bought a comb,
Back at home.

The World's Weather
When the world is happy, it creates sunshine.
When the world is sad, it creates rain.
When the world is angry, it creates thunder.
When the world is lonely, it creates lots of clouds.
When the world is giving a warning, it creates ice.
When the world is scared, it creates wind.
When the world is calm, it creates snow.
When the world is sleeping, it creates darkness.
When the world is annoyed, it creates lightning.
And when the world is keeping a promise, it creates a rainbow.

Life
To the world you may be one,
But to one you may be the world.
Peace, Believe, Joy,
Live life the way you enjoy.
Love, Happiness, Fun,
Live a full happy fun and loving life.
When the world seems like it has turned against you,
Just remember people love you.
To the world you may be one,
But to one you may be the world.

The Raindrop
The green blade of grass dripped dry,
After the rain had stopped.
But one little raindrop didn't fall,
And hung on to the grass.
Along came a butterfly, thirsty as can be,
Who saw the little raindrop, hanging on tightly.
She took a little sip,
And flew into the sky,
Goodbye little butterfly.

Then, the little raindrop fell of the blade,
And sank down into the mud.
It sank deeper and deeper,
Into the depths of the unknown.

On Tuesday the 27th.
I wanna wish her a special birthday,
On this special day.
Happy Birthday Mother,
Have a lovely day.
I hope you are feeling better,
Than you were last night in bed.
I love you loads and don't you forget,
There is more of your birthday yet.

The Poem of the Rainbow
Red. The colour of the love that beats in my heart.
Orange. The colour of the sun shining down on the earth.
Yellow. The colour of the primroses dancing in the wind.
Green. The colour of the evergreen swaying side to side.
Blue. The colour of the glorious skies up above one and all.
Indigo. The colour of the sky as it turns to night.
Violet. The colour of the violets that sprout from the ground.

My Brother Jack
I bond well,
With my brother Jack.
He makes me laugh,
My brother Jack.
We mess around,
Me and my brother Jack.
It's hard to explain,
My brother Jack
It's hard to complain,
About my brother Jack.
He is a gentle, caring brother,
Is my brother Jack.
He is sweeter than candy floss,
Is my brother Jack.
And is grumpy in the mornings,
Is my brother Jack.
But still a loving brother,
Is my brother Jack.
He ain't just a brother,
My brother Jack.
You are just like a friend,
My brother Jack.

Snowflakes
Glistening, sparkly, glorious,
Each one unique.
Cold, Icy, Soft on my tounge.
The snow blanketing the world,
Snowmen, snowballs and snow angels.
Oh no! Here comes the sun!
Don't let the snow melt away!
Aww, we're too late,
It's gone away 'til next year!

Chocolate
As I break of the chocolate, my mouth waters.
I slip the chunk between my lips and let it melt on my warm tounge.
The feeling is as though there is a prancing deer jumping around my mouth, the flavour outstanding.
The sweet sensation and sugary texture exploding inside my mouth.
I let the chocolate slide slowly down my throat, and I wake up from my glorious choclate filled dreams.
